I found this gratitude journal on Happy Serendipity before the Holidays. I thought it was a cute idea and it can never be a bad thing to be aware of the things you’re grateful for in your life. Most self-help gurus and therapists recommend it actually.
At first, I found it difficult to not always repeat the same stuff over and over again, but then I realized it’s good to be grateful for the important things day in and day out. You don’t stop being grateful for friends and family, or having a roof over your head just because you wrote it down in your journal back in January; those things are meaningful every day.
